Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data.

Calmly stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Breathing session history (technique, duration, date, mood ratings)
• App preferences (streak, settings, notification preferences)
• Default technique selection

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Apple HealthKit

If you enable Health sync, Calmly writes Mindful Minutes to Apple Health. This data:

• Is stored exclusively in Apple Health on your device
• Is never accessed by us or sent to any server
• Can be removed at any time from the Health app
